Acceptance

These terms are between you and Kyvo Private Limited ("Kyvo", "we", "us"). By using kyvo-ai.com you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website — browsing it, signing in, using the chat assistant, and submitting an enquiry — and of the live demo studios we link to from it.

They are not a licence to the Kyvo platform and they do not govern any paid service. If Kyvo provides you with a product or service under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs it and takes precedence over these terms in the event of any conflict.

Accounts and sign-in

Signing in is optional and uses your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure; anyone who can use it can sign in here as you.

You may sign out at any time, and you may delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained in anonymised form.

Because sessions here are self-contained signed tokens rather than server-side records, signing out clears the session on the device you sign out from. A session cannot be revoked remotely before it expires, and there is no "sign out of all devices".

If you delete your account, the session on that device is cleared. A copy of the session already taken from another device would remain technically valid until it expires, but it would point at an account that no longer exists — so it grants access to no data: an export returns nothing, and a further deletion does nothing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs, its infrastructure, or any other user's data
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or circumvent any rate limiting, authentication or other protective measure
• Use automated means to scrape the site or to submit enquiries in bulk
• Impersonate anyone, or submit another person's contact details as your own
• Upload or transmit anything malicious, or anything designed to disrupt the site

We apply rate limits to our public endpoints. Normal use will not reach them; if you do, wait briefly and try again.

The chat assistant

The assistant generates replies using a large language model. Please treat what it says as general information, not a binding statement by Kyvo:

• It can be wrong. Nothing it says constitutes a quote, a commitment on pricing or timelines, a warranty, or professional advice.
• Your messages are sent to a third-party model provider to generate a reply, and are stored with your enquiry if you give us your details.
• Do not enter confidential information, credentials, or personal data about other people.

Where the assistant's output conflicts with these terms or with a written agreement, the written terms govern.

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you and operating the site.

You confirm that you have the right to share what you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you send us an unsolicited idea or suggestion, we may use it without obligation or compensation.

The demo studios

We offer live demonstrations — Stone Studio, Fabric Studio, Frame Studio and Ethnic Studio — where you can upload a photo and see a product visualised in your space or on you. These are demonstrations of what Kyvo can build. Nothing in them is offered for sale to you, and the products shown are sample catalogue data.

Photos you upload

You keep ownership of your photo. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process it for the sole purpose of producing the visualisation you requested, which includes sending it to our image generation provider.

You confirm that:

• the photo is yours, or you have the permission of everyone identifiable in it;
• it does not depict a child;
• it is not unlawful, obscene, or infringing of anyone's rights.

We may refuse or remove any upload, and may suspend access to the demos, without notice.

How long your photo is kept, and by whom, is set out in our Privacy Policy. In summary: Kyvo does not store it, a copy stays in your own browser until you clear it, and it passes through our image generation provider in order to be rendered.

Visualisations and measurements are approximations

This is the most important thing on this page if you are using a demo to make a decision.

• Rendered images are generated by an AI model. They are an impression, not a photograph of the real product. Colour, texture, finish, scale, drape and lighting will differ from the physical item, and your screen will render colour differently again.
• Fit and size figures are estimates derived from a photograph, and are labelled as estimates wherever they are shown. They are intended to help you narrow a shortlist, not to serve as a prescription, a measurement, or a substitute for professional fitting or optical advice.
• Do not rely on a visualisation or an estimate as the sole basis for a purchase, and do not treat anything in a demo as optical, medical, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision made in reliance on a generated visualisation or an estimated measurement.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents — including the Kyvo name and logo, text, design, imagery and code — belong to Kyvo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site for ordinary, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Product imagery shown on this site is illustrative and may be artificially generated.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any feature described here, at any time and without notice. Some features depend on third-party services that may be unavailable independently of us.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any content — including anything the assistant generates — is accurate, complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyvo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, including any account, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to the site or to others. You may stop using the site at any time and delete your account from the account menu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date and version at the top of this page reflect the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
